Shipping Policy
Posidesk ® pricing includes free UPS ground shipping to anywhere in domestic Canada and the United States.
If UPS Ground service is not available in your area, we will not be able to fulfill your order at this time.
Some remote areas in northern British Columbia, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon will incur an additional shipping charge. Please call (905) 336-0553 or email support@posidesk.ca if you have any questions.
Orders placed on weekdays ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays ship the next business day.
UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days to deliver from ship date.
Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed – delays may happen due to severe weather, carrier issues or other events that we unfortunately have no control over. However, we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Posidesk ® purchase, you may return for product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please call us at (905) 336-0553 or email support@posidesk.ca with your name and order # to request a return.
We recommend keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your order.
During the first 30 days after purchase, any return or replacement shipping costs are paid by Posidesk ® . Please note that returns made for reasons other than damage during transportation or for the quality of the item are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the value of the product at the time of refund.
We do not accept returns past 30 days after date of purchase.
Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced at our cost. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.
Upon receipt of returned product, a refund will be issued through your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Restocking
Returns made for reasons other than damage during transportation or for the quality of the item are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the value of the product at the time of refund.
Cancelling an Order
Please call (905) 336-0553 or email support@posidesk.ca with your name and order # to cancel an order.
If your order has shipped before cancelling, we will have the order rerouted back to our warehouse. Upon receipt, we will cancel the order.
An email will be sent to confirm the cancellation of your order, and a full refund will be issued.
